French midfielder Paul Pogba is close to finalizing his move to AS Monaco, with medical tests expected in the coming hours. He is set to become an official player for the club starting next season.

Meanwhile, Fabrice Hawkins, a journalist from French radio station RMC (Radio Monte Carlo), reported that Pogba arrived at Nice Airport on Thursday
Fabrice Hawkins, a journalist at France’s « RMC » radio, reported via his account on X (formerly Twitter) that Pogba has landed at Nice Airport and is on his way to Monaco, where he will undergo a medical examination on Friday.
Hawkins added that if everything goes smoothly, the former Manchester United midfielder will sign a two-year contract with the French club.
Meanwhile, AS Monaco are also closing in on another major signing: Ansu Fati, the young Spanish forward from Barcelona, who appears to be out of favor under new manager Hansi Flick.
